[Ver. 1.35] Patch Notes

Patch notes

An update to Version 1.35 will be released on March 26 for the PlayStation®4/PlayStation®5/Steam/Xbox Series X|S/Xbox One/Windows versions of Guilty Gear -Strive- with the addition of a new playable character as well as fixes for various issues.

General / Game Modes

・Added A.B.A as a playable character.
*A.B.A will be available after purchasing “GGST Season Pass 3” or the “A.B.A” DLC item.

・Added the A.B.A theme, “Symphony.”
A.B.A must be selectable in order to use the BGM.

・Added avatar items for A.B.A.
*The new avatar items can be obtained via “fishing” in-game.

・Added DLC stage “Fallen Prayer, Engulfed Lives.”
*The stage will be available after purchasing “GGST Season Pass 3” or the “Fallen Prayer, Engulfed Lives” DLC item.

・Added the following BGM to the Gallery Mode:
QuickSilver (A.B.A’s theme from GG ISUKA)
Keep In Gates (A.B.A’s theme from GGXX SLASH)
*The newly added BGM can be accessed after obtaining them via “fishing.”

・(PlayStation®5 only) Added a feature allowing players to join PlayStation tournaments from the Main Menu.

Digital Figure

・Added additional content for Elphelt Valentine.
The new Digital Figure items can be accessed after obtaining them via “fishing” in-game.

Battle Related

・Updated the Battle Version from Ver. 3.03 to Ver. 3.04.

・Added a new special move for Millia Rage, Artemis.
“Artemis” allows Millia to attack while leaping up at an angle behind her.
She can evade low-hitting attacks or even pass through to the other side of the opponent.

・Fixed minor visual issues.

Added Mar. 27, 2024:
The following item was omitted from the changes listed. We apologize for the trouble.
・Fixed an issue making it possible to cancel out of the intended landing recovery after Sol's Bandit Bringer (aerial version) by holding the K button, landing before the attack comes out, and then releasing the K button after landing.
